Since 1998 - More than 25 years of flight simulation community
Our History
UKATC Services was founded in 1998, when Microsoft Flight Simulator 98 had just been released. A small group of enthusiasts found each other on the MSN Gaming Zone and decided to fly together regularly with professional ATC services.
What started as a small group has grown over the years into a close-knit community of aviation enthusiasts. We have experienced all versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator, from FS98 to the current Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024.
Over the years we have also started playing other simulators and games. Elite Dangerous, DCS World, IL-2 Great Battles and various racing simulators have all found a place within our community. But flying remains our great passion!
Our Mission
We strive for a realistic and professional flight simulation experience in a relaxed and friendly environment. Whether you're an experienced simmer or just starting, you're welcome at UKATC.
Our ATC controllers are trained to provide realistic services, but also understand that not everyone is an expert. We help each other to learn and improve, without losing sight of the fun.
What We Do
Sunday Sessions
Every Sunday at 19:00 UTC we fly together with professional ATC services. This is our main event where everyone is welcome.
Mid-Week Adventures
Monthly flights to special destinations. These sessions are carefully prepared with interesting routes and briefings.
Elite Dangerous
Our squadron explores the Milky Way together. From exploration expeditions to community goals, we do it together.
Combat Simulators
DCS World and IL-2 Great Battles missions for those who love military aircraft.
